Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

The name says it all!
This has all of my favorite things in it!
Chocolate, Yum! Peanut Butter,Yum! Banana’s, Yum!
And it is sooo easy to make!
In a couple minutes time, I can have a yummy and healthy smoothie.
It’s so quick to make,
I can even make this in the morning at work,
in between getting patients ready!
 
The recipe is from Two Peas and Their Pod.
 I didn’t change anything about it. I figure, why mess with perfection!

 
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
 
Here is what you will need:
1 cup Milk, Soy milk, or your choice of milk substitute
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Banana, frozen
Handful of Ice
 
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Thanks! I don’t make smoothies very often either. I’ve made it with Hershey’s Cocoa Powder and with Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Cocoa Powder. The Hershey’s gives it a stronger chocolate flavor and with the Ghiradellli you could taste more of the banana’s. Both tasted great! Thanks for stopping by!
