The name says it all!
This has all of my favorite things in it!
Chocolate, Yum! Peanut Butter,Yum! Banana’s, Yum!
And it is sooo easy to make!
In a couple minutes time, I can have a yummy and healthy smoothie.
It’s so quick to make,
I can even make this in the morning at work,
in between getting patients ready!
The recipe is from Two Peas and Their Pod.
I didn’t change anything about it. I figure, why mess with perfection!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Here is what you will need:
1 cup Milk, Soy milk, or your choice of milk substitute
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Banana, frozen
Handful of Ice
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!

Thanks! I don’t make smoothies very often either. I’ve made it with Hershey’s Cocoa Powder and with Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Cocoa Powder. The Hershey’s gives it a stronger chocolate flavor and with the Ghiradellli you could taste more of the banana’s. Both tasted great! Thanks for stopping by!
