Crockpot Artichoke and Cheese Dip

Are you looking for a last minute recipe to have at your New Year’s get-together? I have just the one for you! This yummy Crockpot Artichoke and Cheese Dip will be a hit at your party! I have taken it to many pot lucks and everyone always likes it. Make sure you take the recipe with you! That way you will have it on hand when everyone ask you for it! :o )

  Artichoke and Cheese Dip

Crockpot Artichoke and Cheese Dip

Here is what you will need:
2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups grated Mozzarella
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Garlic cloves, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
1 (16 oz) can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a small crockpot and heat on high, stirring occasional, until the cheese is melted. Or bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

  3. We love spinach & artichoke dip in this house! Wonder if I could throw in a little spinach during the last hour or so of the cook time? :) Looks delicious and easy- love that I can use my Crock Pot to make this too!
