This is a really easy and some what healthy afternoon snack for the kids and adults in your life. I have picky eaters in my family, so I know your pain. You’ll find an almost guiltless sweet snack in these easy-to-make Apple Cinnamon Chips. They’re great for any season, but I love taking advantage of the fresh apples coming off the trees in September/October.  
 
Ingredients:
2 Apples (I used Granny Smith)
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 
Directions: 
1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees
2. Slice your apples very thin. I used a Mandolin Slicer I had and it worked great. You want these as thin as possible

3. Line 2 Baking Sheets with Parchment Paper
4. Combine your Cinnamon & Sugar on a plate or shallow dish
5. Dip your Apple slices in mixture being sure to coat both sides

6. Bake for 3 Hours Flipping them over after 1 hour and again at the 2nd hour
7. Let your Chips set for about 4 hours
