Blackberry Marshmallow Dip

The berries are ripe and ready to be picked and plopped into your mouth! If you are looking for something a little different to do with your berries this year, give this recipe a try. It would be great for your next camping trip or for sitting around the fire at the beach. This simple dip is so light and airy, it will leave your taste buds delighted with fresh summer flavors!

Blackberry Marshmallow Dip

Blackberry Marshmallow Dip

Ingredients:
One 7 oz. jar of Marshmallow Fluff
One cup fresh crushed Blackberries
One 8 oz. block of Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature.
1/2 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice

Whip the cream cheese 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Lightly fold the cream cheese into the crushed blackberries and add the lemon juice while mixing.
Fold in the marshmallow fluff and combine the mixture lightly until well blended.
Serve with toasted marshmallows and some fresh blackberries, or with your favorite graham crackers.

This dessert will have all of your campfire friends coming back for more!
