There isn’t even any measuring involved!
The cinnamon in the recipe really throws it over the top for me!
But, you will have to make it and judge for yourself.
Cinnamon Vanilla Fruit Parfait
Here is what you will need:
Organic Vanilla Yogurt
Fresh or Frozen Fruit of your choice:
I used Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries.
(You don’t have to use organic ingredients, it’s just what I use.
Also, I used plain granola, but you can use your favorite.)
Start by putting a layer of vanilla yogurt in the bottom of your dish.
Next, sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon on the yogurt.
Top with granola, then fruit.
Then repeat; yogurt, cinnamon, granola, and fruit, until you reach the top.
That’s it! See I told you it was super easy!
I just used my every day drinking glasses
because I don’t have “real” Parfait ones.
If I had thought about it,
I would have made them in wide mouth canning jars.
That would have been super cute and
then you could put a lid on them for easy travel to the office.
