Supplies needed:
Seuss book color copies or thrift store copy
Blue striped scrapbook paper

We were able to find the scrapbook paper from our sample picture at Hobby Lobby for around .25 cents a sheet. A little goes a long way. For the color copies, you can either cut designs from a Dr. Seuss book from your local thrift store, or, make color copies of one you already have. The choice is up to you and your preferences.

1. Begin by cutting your color copies or thrift store book pages into arches. This will give the banner a fun bunting look. Cut the arch but leave the end of the shape flat.
2. Cut a strip of scrapbook paper that matches the width of the bunting. You can eyeball this if you wish.
3. Glue the scrapbook strip to the top of bunting.
4. Add some glue to the back of the bunting and press it to the ribbon. Hold it firmly in place until secure.

Now all you need to do is hang your bunting and you are ready to roll. Drape it from an entry way or even your snack table. Either way, it is sure to invite some Seuss spirit into your space!
