Fresh Strawberry Popsicles

Strawberries, strawberries, strawberries! That is what you will find every day this week on the blog. To start our week of strawberry recipes off, is this super easy and fun Fresh Strawberry Popsicle. These popsicles are so much better for you than the ones you buy at the grocery store. Just three simple ingredients for one great refreshing treat. I used organic strawberries and sugar, but you don’t have to, it will still taste great.

Fresh Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients
1 pound of fresh Strawberries washed and cut into chunks
¼ cup of sugar (optional)
½ cup of water

Directions

1. Puree all of the the fruit, sugar, and water in a food processor or blender.

2. Pour about ½ cup into each popsicle mold (depending on your molds they may hold a little bit more or a little bit less).

3. Cover the molds with the lids and freeze 3-4 hours.

**If you prefer using popsicle sticks as shown in the photos, cover your popsicle mold with plastic wrap and make a small slit directly in the center with a knife and put a popsicle into each mold and freeze.

*Makes approximately 4 servings. 1 popsicle = 1 serving.

If you have more than 1 mold you can always add more fruit and throw in whatever you’d like. Play around with it. Change the fruit up, add a couple fruits together, whatever you want!
