Rosewater and Apple Face Mask

Rosewater & Apple Face Mask

½ Apple, chopped and peeled (Organic is best.)
2-3 tablespoons of Rosewater
1 teaspoon of Witch Hazel
½ teaspoon of Olive Oil

You can find most of these items at your local grocer and drugstore. You don’t need anything fancy or name brand, as the generic or simple versions of these products works just fine. As far as the apple, we used a red delicious variety, but feel free to use what you already have on hand.

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor.
2. Give the blade a few pulses until the ingredients are mixed. You want a thick, choppy mixture. If you blend it too smoothly it may be runny. Should this happen, add some additional apple to bulk it up.
3. Remove the mixture from the food processor and use immediately. You do not want to attempt to store this product.
4. Apply the Rosewater & Apple Face mask to your face, taking care to avoid the eyes and other sensitive areas.
5. Allow the mixture to sit for 7-10 minutes before rinsing with cool water. Pat dry.

As always, test a small patch of skin before using on your face to check for any allergic reactions. If you have an allergy to any of the above items, do not use this product.

Enjoy skin that feels fresh and soothed when you give this natural Rosewater & Apple Face Mask a try!
