Sweet and Smoky BBQ Rub

Sweet and Smoky BBQ Rub

Kick off the end of summer with this Sweet and Smoky BBQ rub!  If you want a sweet flavor with a kick, the best way to get it is to start by using this rub before you grill.  This sweet and smoky BBQ rub is delicious on ribs, chicken, brisket, pork chops or pork loin. Dry rubs add a layer of flavor that just salt and pepper or even sauce alone can’t add to the meat.  This makes enough for a very large roast, loin, or a couple racks of ribs. Whether you toss it on a grill or let it sit in the smoker this flavor combo is winner!

This rub would also make a great gift for someone special. I like to make up baskets at Christmas time with different themes. I am going to put this in the “Man/Dad” basket, along with some other great seasoning mixes!
