Watermelon Cream Burst Drink

If you are a lover of watermelon, this recipe is for you! With it’s amazing burst of watermelon and cream in one slurp, I was in  love!  Normally when I think of watermelon, I don’t think about drinking it. I think about picnics and bbq’s, and cutting it up into slices or small bites to eat. But from now on, the first thing my mind is going to think of is this Watermelon Cream Burst Drink. If you are wanting something a little different to help you cool down this summer, give this recipe a try. I know you will like it as much as I do.

 Watermelon Cream Burst

Watermelon Drink

1 cup of watermelon (Puree in a blender.)
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
about 3-5 ice cubes

First you want to put your watermelon into a blender and make it a liquid form. It can be a little chunky if you want. Then in your blender once clean, add in your ice, whipping cream, sugar, watermelon juice, and blender for about 15-20 seconds. Once it is a smooth texture. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

If you want a really strong watermelon flavor you can add another 1/2 cup of watermelon puree.

We recently made an impromptu strawberry and peach smoothie that was delicious! My kids gulped it down as I am sure the would this drink!
I found this lovely recipe on the In and Out of the Kitchen link party and thought I’d stop by. I am currently doing a call out for no-bake recipes on my recipe link party, The Yuck Stops Here and would love it if you would bring this recipe and any of your other no-bake favorites to the party! The party starts tonight (Tuesday) at 8pm ET and can be found on my blog, Hot Momma’s Kitchen Chaos. I hope to see you there! HUGS
